INDUCTION AND PROBATION All new starters should have an induction experience that makes them feel welcome, supported and valuable to the business. A comprehensive induction is the best way to get someone to high performance as quickly as possible. During probation, the Role-Based Training Diagnostic should be consulted to ensure all mandatory training has been provided. PERFORMANCE DEVELOPMENT REVIEW The role of a manager is to monitor performance, giving feedback to the team and individuals. Performance is measured through annual Performance Development Review (PDR).
