MYVIEW IS A SELF-SERVICE PLATFORM USED BY COLLEAGUES AND MANAGERS. ACCESSIBLE ANYTIME, FROM ANY DEVICE, 24/7.
1 Click Single Sign On if you have a Yusen email address & Microsoft 365. Once you have signed into your work PC/ Laptop/Smartphone you will be automatically logged into MyView and can access the system directly using Single Sign On. 2 Click MyView if you don’t have a Yusen email address, you will need to use a password to access MyView each time you log on. Use forgotten password the first time you log on and you will be sent a temporary password. 3 Download the App. Once you have logged in for the first time you can download the MyView App, just click on Account in the top right-hand corner of the screen once you are logged in to MyView, click Register for MyView App and you will receive an email confirming what you need to do. Problem logging on? Please refer to the User Guidance documents sent to you on email (and available on Yusen Intranet) or alternatively email: hr.myview@uk.yusen-logistics.com or telephone 01623 885000, (Option 2 - HR & Payroll during normal office hours).
You will receive an email when you join Yusen, which will provide details on how to log on to MyView for the first time. Please refer to these instructions for more information.

If you don’t want to download the Hapi App you can access the same information using Yusen’s benefits portal Everyone Benefits at https:// yusenlogisticsuk.hapibenefits.com You will receive an email or a letter confirming how to log on when you join Yusen.
When you join Yusen, you will receive an email to confirm how to access the Hapi App.
