ALASKA RESOURCE EDUCATION EARNS PRESTIGIOUS RECOGNITION
Alaska Resource Education was honored in early October by the Bureau of Land Management with its 2026 Hardrock Mineral Community Outreach and Economic Security Award. The award is part of BLM’s annual Mineral Development Awards, which recognize contribu- tions to the nation’s solid minerals industry. During the ceremony in Washington, D.C., the National Mining Association, the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, the U.S. Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement and the BLM also gave out awards honoring outstanding achievements in mine safety, technology, reclamation and stewardship. Congratulations to the entire ARE team on this well-deserved recognition and for your dedica- tion to the future of our industry in Alaska!
