The MS pay schedule includes a variety of classified medical roles, ranging from basic nursing care and laboratory support to pharmacy administration. Jobs in this pay schedule perform duties involving direct care services, health information management, laboratory services, etc.

The MS pay schedule structure consists of 30 pay grades. Each pay grade contains a minimum, midpoint, and maximum salary. The minimum of the lowest pay grade is $10.00 per hour or $20,800 annually. The maximum of the highest pay grade is $128.07 per hour or $266,386 annually. Range spreads, from minimum to maximum, are approximately 80% for all pay grades. Range minimums have a standard 7% progression from grade to grade that matches the percentage allowed for promotion under SCS Rule 6.7.
