Mais quelque fois, la motivation est chancelante. Dans ce cas, pourquoi ne pas s’inscrire à deux. Entre amis S’inscrire à un cours avec un copain ou une copine peut donner un petit caractère sacré à ces retrouvailles hebdomadaires. On dit qu’il faut savoir se garder du temps pour notre couple… Suivre un cours à deux peut être l’occasion idéale pour s’amuser avec notre partenaire. Mais il faut faire attention pour ne pas traîner avec nous les soucis de la maison, si soucis il y a bien sûr. Une phrase telle «allons prendre soin de nous» peut servir de formule magique convenue pour marquer la transition vers notre lieu d’apprentissage. Suivre un cours est un cadeau qu’on se fait. Le suivre à deux est une belle façon de partager ce plaisir. De la décoration de gâteau à l’artisanat en passant par la danse oumême l’entraînement en salle, on dit que quand on est deux ça va deux fois mieux…
