Mark Hatcliffe Mark is an experienced business leader having been a director in Lloyds and Barclays for the last 20 years. A passionate deliverer of customer service across many disciplines including business banking, corporate, general insurance and branch based banking. Mark holds diplomas in banking, marketing and company direction from the Institute of Directors. He has sat on Contact Centre boards, Bristol Bedminster business improvement district, franchising boards and presently is on the South West business in the community board.
Married to Debra with 3 grown up daughters. His interests include music, travel and sport.
