David Claivaz “One interesting application of the technology is likely to be in helping to create content that explains and describes the school’s activities. For instance, we have just produced a podcast that is designed to assist Ukrainian refugees as they navigate the Swiss job market.” How do you encourage and support students to pursue projects that seek to address social and/or environmental challenges? Joep Konings “We encourage and support our MBA and executive MBA students to address social and environmental challenges in their applied capstone projects. We emphasise the importance of aligning these projects with sustainability, social impact and environmental responsibility. Examples might include developing business
Joep Konings “AI enhances our collaborations with businesses, governments and NGOs, offering data-driven solutions for real-world problems. By integrating technologies such as machine learning we can help organisations embrace data-driven decision-making and develop strategies accordingly. It helps us focus on our key stakeholders and facilitates our outreach to business communities and entrepreneurs, allowing us to deliver targeted training, for instance in the context of rural and female entrepreneurship initiatives. “We have also started a pilot project to use AI to personalise our students’ education, offering tailored learning paths that match individual strengths and goals. We want to use AI-driven tools, such as virtual learning assistants and analytics platforms, to provide real-time feedback, enhance student performance and improve engagement in both in-person and online settings.”
