The installation of a new Becker Flap Rudder has dramatically enhanced Amera’s manoeuvrability. Her turning circle has been significantly reduced, crabbing performance has improved, and manoeuvring is now easier and safer than ever before. The stern thruster became a back-up device, while tugboat assistance – and its associated costs – can often be avoided entirely. Once known as Prinsendam, the cruise ship has now entered a new era of efficiency, safety, and reliability – fully prepared for the future. AMERA CONVERSION – READY FOR THE FUTURE
