tion (POA) is now close to sold out for its annual trade show, The Walter R. Cohn, Esq. Me- morial EXPO. The event will take place onWednesday, April 9, 2014, at the Wilshire Grand Hotel, 350 Pleasant Valley Way, West Orange. The doors will open to the public at 5:00p.m. The eve- ning is courtesy of Platinum sponsors- Ehrlich Petriello Gudin & Plaza, M. Miller & Son , Supreme Energy and Servpro of Freehold and
Sparkling Pool Services Inc. Gold Sponsor- Provident Bank and Rosen & Rifkin Ultimate Property Loss Consultants as well as Silver Sponsor- Cervelli Manage- ment . Buffet dinner stations will be positioned throughout the hall during the evening and a cash bar will be available during the course of the exhibition. POA members will be able to talk one on one with exhibitors about the latest technology and information available to the multi-housing industry. POA anticipates an expanded ex- hibitor offering this year with our current space hosting more than 65+ suppliers and vendors to the industry under one roof, sharing their knowledge, expe- rience and expertise with both POA members and guests. Prizes will be awarded dur- ing the event and multiple tickets will be given to those who arrive early in the eve- ning. Attendance at EXPO is free for POA members and guests; non-members are free with online pre-registration or at the door for $25. Property Owners Associa- tion, celebrating its 65th an- niversary this year, exists to bring together owners and managers of residential real estate, interested persons, and industry personnel for educational and information sharing purposes. The organi- zation is comprised of owners and managers of multi-family rental properties and other individuals employed by a related business. Through an organized program of infor- mation dissemination, project development and educational seminars, the Association is keeping its members informed of all phases of the housing industry.
