YSONS, VA — Jones Lang LaSal le an- nounced that Wash- ington Real Estate Invest- ment Trust (WRIT) has started renovations at 7900 Westpark Dr., a three-build- ing, 550,000 s/f class A com- plex in the hub of Tysons. There are also four levels of structured parking, and new escalators are planned to connect the parking garage to the office building. 7900 Westpark’s on-site amenities include an updated fitness center, conference facility, cafe, daycare center, convenience store with dry cleaner drop-off and common areas with wi-fi and plenty of seating for its tenants and guests. “Tysons is one of the few 210-seat lecture hall; four seminar rooms; a graphic de- sign studio; offices for 56 fac- ulty members; three lecture hall support rooms; twenty- five, 35-seat classrooms; two laptop computer labs; two 26- seat conference rooms; a 50- seat multipurpose room; pre- function preparation room; physical education / nursing demo room; coffee / snack kiosk in a student lounge; and an administrative office suite for Kean University and Ocean County College. “This unique partnership enables OCC students and area residents to complete the upper division courses re- quired for Kean undergradu- ate degree programs,” said OCC executive vice president JamesMcGinty . “We worked hard with Kean to design half of the building to reflect their needs and the other half to reflect ours.”
