The space will serve as the multinational specialty pharmaceutical company’s new U.S. Headquarters, housing more than 800 employ- ees.

Broker(s): David Binswanger, Joe Muldoon, Chris Lange Beneficial Bank signed a fifteen-year lease of 95,764 s/f on four floors at 1818 Market Street to be used as their new corporate headquarters. The building will be renamed 1818 Beneficial Bank Place.

AT&T Corp. signed a renewal for 275,000 square feet at 30 Knightsbridge Road in Piscat- away. The four-building office complex, totaling 680,350 square feet, is 92.7 percent leased.

Allentown, PA, January 31, 2013 – John Crampsie, a principal with NAI Summit, represented the Butz Corporate Center in leasing 6,000/ft. to KEMA USA Inc. KEMA employs 2500 people, is headquartered in Burlington, Massachusetts and is a technical consultant to the electric power and related energy companies. The Butz Corporate Center is now fully leased and NAI Summit is now seeking tenants for the 50,000/ft expansion space which will be ready for occupancy this summer and is located in the Neighborhood Improvement Zone.

Brokers: Art Hixon and Barry Mayer The Crawford & Company lease at 100 Connell Drive for approximately 25,000 sf was the consoli- dation of two locations, one a 17,000 sf office at 100 Passaic Avenue in Fairfield and the other a 12,000 sf office at 300 Connell Drive in Berkeley Heights. The transaction became more complex because the original space that was being considered was taken by another company. This resulted in timing issues and short term lease extensions for both of the exist- ing offices had to be negotiated.

White Clay Center – Newark, DE Neil Kilian, CCIM, SIOR of NAI Emory Hill leased 90,000 s/f of office space in the 200 building of White Clay Center to Chase Bank. Neil Kilian repre- sented Emory Hill, the owner of the property.
