HFF marketed the portfolio on behalf of the seller, Wilson Associates. Mike Adams of NAI Summit represented the owner, Saginaw Partners, LP in the sale of 5001 Crackers- port Rd to MTM Real Estate Company LLC. A major Lehigh Valley beer wholesale distributor is planning a big move. Banko Beverage Co. in Allentown bought a new building at 5001 Crackersport Road in South White- hall Township, said Mike Adams, vice president of NAI Summit. Banko’s new home, to be used as a warehouse and distribution site, formerly housed the Wolf Distri- bution facility, Adams said. With the move, Banko plans to add to its product lines and hire more em- ployees.

City, State Clifton, NJ Broker(s): Scott K. Perkins, Barry J. Cohorsky, Ken- neth D. Lundberg Ross Group Holdings has acquired 1 Lisbon Street, a 245,951 s/f, former manufacturing facility, for $9.65 million. The acquisition will allow the reverse supply chain solutions company to consolidate its workforce under one roof. NAI Hanson represented WEA Enter- prises, a commercial real estate and asset management company.

705 Morehouse Drive, a 108,00 s/f industrial ware- house in New Castle, DE was purchased by Calumet Enterprises LLC from Sasco N.C. Inc. of Wilmington DE. Jon Hickey of NAI Emory Hill brokered the transaction. Calumet Enterprises is a division of Clark Associates in Lancaster, PA., a multi-industry manu- facturing firm.

The property was sold for an undisclosed price to Romark Logistics of NJ LLC. Senior Vice Presidents Robert Sager, David Blitt, Stephen Nozza and John Cascio of BRC represented the buyer and seller in the trans- action.

While getting ready to roll out the marketing program for the property, Jeffrey Miller, also of Lee & Associates, brought an aggressive offer from Industrial Income Trust (IIT) to the table. The result ended with a quick and successful disposition of the asset to IIT in a manner which left all parties pleased.
