Broker(s): Pete Davisson After the M&T Bank acquisition of the Wilmington Trust Co., M&T needed some help disposing of surplus properties. In both PA and DE there were former WTC branches which did not work in the long term plans of M&T Bank. Some were bank owned proper- ties which had to be sold and some were lease hold interests which required sub-leasing. Jackson Cross Partners was chosen for several dispositions in PA and DE. 4871-4899 Limestone Rd. was a retail bank branch and a separate block of office space for a mortgage banking operation. Our assign- ment was to sub-lease the leasehold interests with a long term lease in place. The space was marketed to both retail and office prospects. In a relatively short period of time JCP was able to make a suc- cessful match with a national corporate prospect which needed a regional sales office and retail exposure to market their products to the building trades.
