Radnor Property Group, LLC financed a 308,000 s/f mixed-use develop- ment in the University City section of Philadelphia near the University of Pennsylvania. The project, includes a 25-story residential tower for 276 apartments marketed to graduate students and young professionals provid- ing studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units. It also includes ground-floor retail space, office space, a day care, fitness center, rooftop deck, under- ground parking and gathering space for the Episcopal Cathedral. The proj- ect was structured in partnership with the Philadelphia Cathedral with RPG as the managing general partner. The Cathedral maintains ownership of the ground with a long term ground lease.

This mixed-use property is a four building offering with stable long term tenants. At 100% leased, it is situated in the main centrally located local business district.
