SaxBST is the outgrowth of a January 2014 merger between two prominent accounting firms, Sax Macy Fromm & Co., PC (SMF) of Clifton and Bollam, Sheedy, Torani & Co. LLP (BST) of Albany, NY. Combined, Sax- BST is now one of the Top 100 accounting firms in the country, with more than $45 mil- lion in combined annual billings, and the Clif- ton office ranks 11th in the State of New Jer- sey.
