CATCHING FISH

Perfect conditions do not necessarily mean fish in the sack though . . . there are certain basic rules that must be observed. This is true whether fishing for giant bass at Catalina, fighting yellowtail at the Coronados, or following leaping'''marlin and sailfish at Mazatlan. To catch fish, you must go where the fish are!
