Elizabeth (Liz) Bartell has only recently transitioned to project management within the last two years, but the amount and quality of her work is exceptional. In the last year alone, Bartell has been the Drainage Engineer of Record for over fifteen FDOT projects, being project manager for two of them. Colleagues and coworkers praise Bartell for her ability to juggle multiple issues and deadlines in an organized and efficient manner.
