Under- standable, but what if you could improve your physique in 13 minutes, asks certified strength coach Kurt Giovanni Ellis of Beyond Numbers Performance in New York City. “Exercise doesn’t have to take that long if you’re efficient,” he says. On the following pages, Ellis demonstrates a nine-exercise circuit that addresses many golfer needs. Do each movement for a minute, rest for 30 seconds, then go on to the next. Total it up, and it’s 13 minutes of golf fitness. “It’s also a great cardio workout,” Ellis says. “Lose weight and im- prove your game. Who doesn’t want that?”
