TERMS & CONDITIONS

These special F & B packages are valid only for individual reservation . It is understood that this is not a group reservation . Private group lunch or dinner will be subject to different prices or / and spaces that the Organizer must discuss with its Meetings and Event Manager . Half board dishes will be displayed on the half board menu . Supplements for non - inclusive options will apply . An individual reservation can be made up to 8 guests at the same time and every 30 minutes An individual reservation is subject to each restaurant ’ s availability . An individual reservation must be made a minimum of 72 hours in advance for lunch and / or dinner In order to cover any last - minute restaurant reservation requests , a dedicated concierge can be present at check in to coordinate these bookings at 27 . 00 € + 7 % tax per hour , per staff member with a minimum of 6 hours contracted and a maximum of 8 hrs . The hotel will not provide any wristband to identify guests . Breakfast in our restaurant La Veranda or El Mirador is included in the room rate . Room Service & Lobby Bar are not included in Half board & Full board Guests dining at our Michelin - starred restaurant , will have a credit of 65 . 00 € + 7 % per adult , with a 50 percent discount applied to the price for children aged 6 to 12 years , excluding beverages and VAT ( 7 %). Michelin starred - restaurant and Akira Back are subject to specific menus and cancellation policy , contact your Sales manager for more information .
