Maintain construction quality assurance throughout the process by confirming the proper design and construction of materials and equipment, and ultimately, verifying the performance of installed systems.

Design & Bidding • Formalize project program, scope, timeline & budget • Facilitate hiring & negotiation of design & construction team • Facilitate meeting coordination & management • Oversee regulatory agency approval process • Coordinate design process • Design review • Reconcile cost estimates with budget (SDs, DDs, CDs) • Bid coordination • Commissioning coordination • Develop construction contracting strategy
Construction & Closeout • Construction observation & oversight • Financial monitoring • Manage RFIs • Manage change orders • Payment requisition • Commissioning - test & verify systems & equipment • Coordinate building occupancy (FF&E, move management, phone / data) • Train operations staff • Contract & project closeout
