CARBON NEUTRAL TO NET ZERO
...and beyond.
In 2021, we achieved carbon neutrality by reducing our carbon emissions to zero and offsetting the remaining emissions through various methods. Our goal is to become net zero by 2030, and carbon negative thereafter. Net zero is crucial, it means that the amount of carbon we emit is balanced by the amount of carbon we remove from the atmosphere. This helps to mitigate the impacts of climate change, which is crucial for the sustainability of our planet. Aiming to be carbon negative goes beyond achieving net zero as it means actively removing carbon from the atmosphere, the ultimate goal to combat climate change. This requires innovative technologies and solutions, but the long-term benefits will be significant in securing a healthy and liveable planet for the future.
