A 35-home waterfront community on Lake Conroe called Harbors at Clearview. “Every time we dive into this project, we uncover another layer,” Matthew says with a smile. “It’s challenged us in all the right ways, and it’s going to be something truly special.” The project brings together smart design, lakeside living, and the full force of StoryBuilt’s vision. “It’s our lemonade stand,” he adds. “We took the lemons, and we’re building something sweet.”
Everyone on the team has touched this one. “It’s the definition of synergy,” says Chastity. “We’ve laughed, cried, and rallied— and it’s making us better.”
