Thirty Years of Meaning When asked what this milestone means to her, Janet speaks with quiet gratitude. “As I’ve gotten older, I’ve realized what a gift it’s been,” she says. “I’ve spent more than 30 years working hand in hand with my father and brother. Most people don’t get that privilege. I’m thankful.” The anniversary celebration made that realization even more powerful. “There were employees who had been with the company for over twenty years,” Vali says. “Seeing them, seeing how much they still love what they do.
