Welcome Home, Kappa Iota-Wyoming!

Alpha Phi's Kappa Iota Chapter at the University of Wyoming has a new place to call home! This chapter was founded in the fall of 2019, and members officially moved into their new facility in August 2024, making their chapter house the most recently updated Greek house on campus.
The aesthetics of Kappa Iota's home truly make it stand out among other Greek houses on campus. From the vaulted high ceilings to the gorgeous décor, this house is extraordinary. Most of the interior decorations were donated by Beta Gamma-Colorado, as this chapter recently underwent a house renovation.
Prior to moving into this new facility, Kappa Iota rented a four-bedroom, two- bathroom house. “The current Kappa Iota facility is now on Fraternity and Sorority Row with the other Greek organizations,” shared Hannah Mortensen, manager of collegiate properties for 1872 Properties, Alpha Phi’s affiliate organization that owns and manages
