Which only makes sense because he’s the inspiration for NEBRASKAland Days. Way back on July 4th, 1882, the world’s greatest showman, Buffalo Bill Cody, produced the “Old Glory Blowout” in North Platte. That show would eventually become Cody’s Wild West Show. 2025 will mark the 143rd anniversary of the first spectator rodeo. From country concerts to the Buffalo Bill Rodeo, art competitions, and everything in between, there is something for everyone at NEBRASKAland DAYS. NEBRASKAland DAYS 2025 is scheduled for June 18-28.
