For three action-packed days, herding breeds from across the Midwest will strut their stuff in agility and conformation competitions, showing off their smarts and skills. Plus, junior exhibitors will get their moment in the spotlight with agility runs and junior showmanship. It’s going to be a tail-waggin’ good time you won’t want to miss! They also have various “special” events each month, including Garage Sale Saturday, Swap Meet Saturdays, Christmas in July, etc. Fort Cody Summer Music Series 6 p.m. Every Thursday | Fort Cody Trading Post Grab a lawn chair and come out for some great live music at the fort! The local opener starts at 6pm with the headliner taking the stage at 7pm. The Fort Cody concerts are affordable, family-friendly concerts in an all- ages environment. Only $5 a night (and kids 12 and under get in free!)

Little Thunder will join a gallery exhibition at PAC that focuses on the Voice of the Land this July. Little Thunder is the descendent of the leader of the village that was massacred in the 1856 Blue Water Creek, Nebraska. She will speak about the impacts of the event and how she advocates for the Lakota people and her ancestral homelands over the course of her life. The PAC will also offer free art activities to compliment these storytelling activities.
