Introduction
This manual gives guidelines for the installation and use of the VETUS multifunctional display (CANNME7).
Warning indications The following warning indications are used in this manual in the con- text of safety: D anger Indicates that great potential danger exists that can lead to serious injury or death.
The CANNME7 displays data originating from the NMEA2000 net- work.
The quality of the installation will determine the reliability of the sys- tem.It is therefore absolutely vital that the steps specified in this ma- nual are followed in full and monitored afterwards.
W arning Indicates that a potential danger that can lead to injury exists.
Unauthorised modifications exclude the factory's liability for any resulting damage.
C aution Indicates that the usage procedures, actions etc. concerned can re- sult in serious damage to or destruction of the engine. Some CAU- TION indications also advise that a potential danger exists that can lead to serious injury or death.
D anger Do NOT rely on this device as your primary navigation source. The user is responsible for the use of official maps and safe navigation methods.
N ote Emphasises important procedures, circumstances etc.
