CHIN TUCK SUPINE While lying down on your back with a small rolled up towel in the small curve of your neck, slowly draw chin towards your chest. The back of your neck will rise and the base of your neck should stay in contact with the towel.

I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else! “I originally came to Johns Creek Physical Therapy after total knee replacement surgery. My experience here was amazing. I had a great recovery and I’m back to doing all the things I enjoy doing. My wife is also a patient here too! I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Thanks to all the staff!” - Mitch D.
