CONSTRUCTION PROCESS WHAT SIZE ARE THE RESIDENCES? Lionsback resort will feature two- and three-bedroom single family homes known as “Casitas” ranging in size from roughly 1,600 livable square feet for the Strata Casita, 2,100 livable square feet for the Mesa Casita, and up to 3,000 livable square feet for the Spire Casita. WHAT AMENITIES ARE OFFERED AT LIONSBACK RESORT? Lionsback Resort is surrounded by some of the most incredible natural amenities that could never be replicated by man. The 9,000 acre Sand Flats Recreation Area is directly adjacent to Lionsback which offers world class mountain biking, hiking and four-wheeling. In addition to the biking and hiking trails that will be developed on the resort site, certain Club amenities, including, without limitation, the Club pool, are anticipated to be constructed along with the second phase of Casitas and will be available to Casita Club Members and certain guests (see “The LB Club” section below). WHERE CAN I PARK MY CAR? Parking is provided in the garages and driveways of each Casita. Limited parking areas along the private streets may be provided in marked areas only. Strata Casitas feature an oversized one car garage while Mesa Casitas feature an oversized two car garage. Garage doors are designed to be 9 feet tall. It should be noted that these are design estimates and garage door heights as actually constructed may vary. Driveways are also long enough to accommodate additional off-street vehicle parking. WHERE CAN I PARK MY RV OR TRAILER? Over-sized vehicle and trailer parking will not be allowed in the Casita driveways or along the roads within Lionsback Resort. Trailers can be parked in the garage if they fit completely within the garage and the garage door can be fully closed. The Developer may provide oversize vehicle and trailer parking near the Hells Revenge exit of the property in the future. Until that time, Casita owners and guests will have to find offsite parking for oversized vehicles and trailers. WHERE CAN I PARK MY RV OR TRAILER? Invent Development Partners manages and oversees the development process. WHO IS THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR FOR THE CASITAS? Construction of the Phase 1 Casitas will be led by Clark Atkinson of Denver based, Zocalo Construction. Mr. Atkinson’s extensive resort construction experience in remote areas over the last 35 years includes but is not limited to the Arrabelle at Vail Square, Hyatt Grand Aspen, Element 52 in Telluride, and the Hotel Madeline in Telluride. He brings a long history of building in remote resort areas such as Moab. WHEN WILL CONSTRUCTION BEGIN AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE? Phase 1 Casita construction began in February 2023 . The first units in Phase 1 are expected to be completed i n Spring 2024 with all units in Phase 1 expected to be completed by the end of 2024.
