You have to be “In the Game” and advocate for yourself during these times in order to thrive in recovery and life. Please be safe, be active, enjoy life, and reach out if you have questions. In the end, I sincerely offer to listen, guide, or help any of you that are struggling with an injury or recovering from one. My situation is not the same as others, but I can share what worked for me. You do not have to be alone on your journey. Krause.randy@icloud.com.
