Overton proudly honors its area veterans with a monument on the south side of F Street, just before reaching Highway 30. A short drive west of the village along Highway 30 leads you to the Overton Golf Club Bar & Grill, a gathering spot where visitors can enjoy lunch or dinner and a round of golf. The venue also hosts special events such as graduation parties, birthday celebrations and class reunions. For more details, call 308-324-7764.
