I joined H&H as senior legal counsel, now I am a legal manager, in charge of litigation in mainland China What are you most proud of since joining the business? It’s been my honour to work with great people with One Big Team spirit and in a happy working environment Please share some insight on why you won the TLAO award? Thanks to the support from leadership and colleagues, last year I was able to lead the litigation team to save the company from paying 3.05 million RMB in civil litigation and disputes, along with receipt of 1.07 million RMB compensation from third parties. In addition to that, the issues we discovered there from also lead to constant improvement of our practice and management How long have you been with the business? Five years
What is your biggest piece of advice to any new H&H’ers? Embrace the culture, recognise it, and practice it What keeps you H&H? How long have you been with the business? Three Years What are you most proud of since joining the business? Participated in the establishment of Swisse brand image throughout the years, established the awareness of natural health fashion brand, and contributed to the awareness of the brand in 2022
What is your biggest piece of advice to any new H&H’ers? Establish good communication and strive for good cooperation and relationships. Build good relationships with colleagues and leaders, strengthen communication and cooperation, and jointly promote the success of company and team goals What keeps you H&H? Please share some insight on why you won the One Big Team award for Project Neo? The project that started in July 2021 over two time zones, with more than 50 stakeholders involved and over 200 meetings! With enormous complexity and last-minute challenges, we rallied together to achieve a key milestone. This meant the wider ANZ team can now reap the rewards & efficiencies of our new ERP system What is your current role within the Group and did you have any prior roles at H&H? My current role is “IT Business Systems Manager – ANZ”. I had multiple prior roles at H&H mainly in Finance How long have you been with the business? 13 years What are you most proud of since joining the business? Two ERP implementations, one in 2016 with Microsoft Dynamics and the second one in 2022 with NetSuite
Please share some insight on why you won the Gaba award? I have worked with the business for 9 months and sales are growing fast. We have distribution coverage over more than 1,000 stores and total sales in 2022 achieved over budget What is your current role within the Group and did you have any prior roles at H&H? National Sales Manager, Thailand What is your biggest piece of advice to any new H&H’ers? There are many challenges to develop your skills but it’s worth it to build your career and grow your talents What keeps you H&H? Nice people, culture & team
What is your biggest piece of advice to any new H&H’ers? Look at the bigger picture, not just what you think is the correct approach What keeps you H&H? By having enough sleep and always taking my vitamins
How long have you been with the business? 10 Years What are you most proud of since joining the business? I am proud to build the Swisse Brand in Thailand and to help Thai people know our wonderful products
