What is your biggest piece of advice to any new H&H’ers? My biggest piece of advice for new team members in our organization is to remember that you will get out of H&H just as much as you put in. The company offers numerous opportunities for growth and development but it’s up to you to seize them. I encourage new team members to build relationships with team members in various departments and regions, be open to new opportunities (even when they fall outside of your comfort zone), and most importantly – find passion in your work as it’ll be the driving force for achieving your goals. What keeps you H&H? I get asked every day when speaking to candidates why I love H&H and the three things that keep me here are the team’s commitments to living H&H’s values every day create a positive and productive culture, H&H’s commitment to inspiring wellness, and the opportunities for growth Please share some insight on why you won the CLED award? I received the CLED award for the part I played in growing the North American team in 2022. Last year was an exciting and challenging year for H&H North America as we experience significant growth (after acquiring Solid Gold in 2020 and Zesty Paws in 2021). As a team, we knew that to accommodate this growth and position ourselves for continued success, we needed to ensure we had the right people in the right places. Though it was a challenging year, the team’s positive attitude and commitment to celebrate life every day was what helped us bring in some very talented new team members. I am humbled to have received the CLED award on behalf of the team’s effort in filling almost 80 roles in 2022!
What is your biggest piece of advice to any new H&H’ers? Stay positive and keep a motivated, passionate mindset. We will always be facing challenges during work; positivity can make you full of power and engage the team to resolve the challenge and go to success. The market environment is unpredictable, we need to maintain continuous insight and an understanding of business. Therefore, being self-motivated is particularly important for us to continuously learn about market trends and cutting-edge technologies. I encourage new H&H’ers to Power Our Passion, collaborate with the team to create business value for the H&H. What keeps you H&H? During the past few years, the second growth curve of H&H Group has flourished, while the third growth curve has also been deployed. Hence, there are many opportunities for me to experience innovative things. With a clear digital strategy, I have supported the businesses to implement different projects. I am so proud to be a member of our One Big Team. Please share some insight on why you won the One Big Team award for Project Neo? Project NEO has lasted for 14 months, more than 50+ stakeholders from ANZ and China have been involved in the project. Due to the epidemic situation, the project team can only collaborate remotely, which adds a lot of difficulties to large and complex ERP implementation projects. In the face of challenges, the Project NEO team is always able to face them bravely and solve them with passion, because we firmly trust our teammates. This is truly One Big Team spirit with strong collaboration cross Functions and Regions

What is your current role within the Group and did you have any prior roles at H&H? I’m the Group IT PMO Team Manager in H&H. My prior role at H&H was Project Manager of the IT PMO Team How long have you been with the business? I joined H&H Group in 2018 as a Project manager in the IT PMO Team, I have been at the company for almost 5 years What are you most proud of since joining the business? I am so proud of working in an open, creative environment. In the face of uncertainty in the market environment, to better support the business, IT plays an important role in the strategy of Digital transformation, we have lots of opportunities to bring in the advanced technology and innovative products to support the business performance uplift. The most important thing is that we have strong support from business, it is critical towards our success!

What are you most proud of since joining the business? I take great pride in the strong relationships I have established with various teams H&H, and the role I have played in developing a dynamic and progressive team that will support the continued growth of H&H North America.
