When the user re-runs the program on a new part, the system prompts the user to determine if the same part registration can be used again. If the part will be in the same location, the system will run the program without requiring a new part registration. If the part location is different, the system will require a new registration. For features with tolerances applied, the feature name in the Run mode of the Feature List, the Part View graphic, and the corresponding detailed view will display in either red for tolerance failures or in white.
Other software functions may also execute during playback. Data exports, report printouts, user messages, magnification changes are some examples.
