(4) The voice o f the church can never supersede the voice o f the Christ. % (5) No priest can claim the prerogative o f preaching. It is the business "of the church.' (6) 2he Jews stumbled over the stone which they set at naught. (7) A man with conviction and courage can confront any council o f men. (8) The man, the miracle and the multi­ tude were too much for the council. (9) A transformed life is the most telling testimony for the truth.
