3 How long shall the wicked, God, how long shall the wicked exult? 4 They are eloquent speaking their deceit, all who do evil are boasting. 5 It is Your people, God, whom they crush, Your very own whom they oppress. 6 They kill the widow and stranger, murder the fatherless, 7 and they boast: ‘God does not see, nor the God of Jacob understand!’ 8 Understand this, you brutish amongst the people; fools, when will you gain wisdom! 9 The One who implants the ear shall not hear, who forms the eye shall not see? 10 Who disciplines nations shall not rebuke, the One who teaches people knowledge? 11 God knows human designs, knows their futility.

12 Happy are those You discipline, God, teaching them Your Torah, 13 giving calmness in evil days

till the pit be dug for the wicked. 14 For God You will not forsake Your people, nor abandon Your very own. 15 For justice shall bring back a righteous state and all upright in heart shall follow it. <<<
