One of the easiest ways to conserve water is to make sure irrigation sprinklers are programmed to run on the required schedule. Houses with even-numbered addresses, may irrigate lawns on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday before 10 a.m. or after 4 p.m. Odd-numbered houses may run the sprinklers on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday before 10 a.m. or after 4 p.m. There is no irrigation allowed on Fridays or between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Remember, during the somewhat cooler winter months, the lawn does not need as much water as during the summer.
