All-Star Soccer Skills • AGES 6-10 This program includes speed and agility drills to improve each player’s soccer game by allowing for a more powerful shot, increased range on the field and efficient change of direction. Basic skills of dribbling, shooting passing and spacing are covered and expanded upon. All-Star T-Ball Juniors • AGES 3-6 T-Ball can be a boring game if taught incorrectly. This approach to baseball is one that engages players regardless of skill level. They learn basic building blocks in a fun, safe environment. Program keeps players moving and learning even while in the dugout! Mechanics and hand-eye coordination are the keys to early success. Players gain confidence as they learn the proper mechanics of catching, throwing, fielding, base running and batting. This beginner introduction to archery and archery safety is designed for you! USA Archery certified instructors teach USA Archery National Training System methods (NTS) and how to be safe. Learn proper shooting form to help you meet the goals for advancing your skills as each session brings new challenges. All equipment and activity supplies are provided.
