Lacrosse: Orange Crush Lacrosse Skills • GRADE PRE-K-8 Both new and experienced lacrosse players will benefit from this action- packed instructional program from Orange Crush. This immersive 8-week program will instruct players on game essentials, equipment use, skills, sportsmanship and more to help players build their understanding of the strategy of the game while fostering enjoyment of the sport and developing future athletes. EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS: PRE-K-K: stick, mouth guard, and athletic footwear and athletic clothing BOYS 1ST-8TH GRADE: stick, mouth guard, helmet, gloves, shoulder pads, elbow pads, athletic clothing and athletic footwear GIRLS 1ST-8TH: stick, mouth guard, goggles, athletic clothing and athletic footwear. Beginning students will not be permitted to register in the current session after the second class has met. Registration for continuers through advanced students will be accepted after the start date, but full class fee will be required. Uniforms and belt testing are options available through the ISKC instructor for an additional fee. Youth, Parent/Child and Adult classes may train together. Martial Arts: ISKC Karate Youth Advanced • AGES 7-14 ISKC’s Youth karate classes will put children in touch with their bodies and offers a good mix of strength training, with cardiovascular and flexibility exercises. Children increase their coordination, agility and poise, as well as learn lasting personal safety skills. They also benefit from the mental stimulation of learning the choreographed moves of the kata and the discipline of conforming to the class rules.
