Cornwall, with its charming fishing villages, rich history, and enchanting sights, welcomes us to discover its many wonders. HOLIDAY HIGHLIGHTS Falmouth | St Ives | Lands’ End | Tate St Ives Museum | Penzance | Helston | Museum of Cornish Life | Newquay | Lanhydrock DAY ONE – Arrival We depart from your home for your journey to Cornwall, arriving at your hotel late afternoon, time to relax before dinner. DAY TWO – St Ives, Tate St Ives Museum and Lands’ End Today we visit iconic St Ives, a cultural gem with beautiful beaches, charming shops, a vibrant harbour, and the renowned Tate Gallery, showcasing 100 years of art inspired by West Cornwall. We’ll also stop at Land’s End, famed for its dramatic scenery and unique coastal views, before returning to the hotel. DAY THREE – Penzance Once upon a time, the beautiful port town of Penzance was the ‘hidden gem’ of West Cornwall. But today Penzance is a place rightly celebrated as the hottest destination in Cornwall. With award-winning restaurants and cafes to win your heart and a range of independent shops and galleries packed to the brim with quirky, artsy charm. DAY FOUR – Falmouth, Helston and The Museum of Cornish Life Today we visit the vibrant port town of Falmouth, where you can stroll down the Old High Street to Discovery Quay, browsing a range of unique independent shops. We then continue to Helston to explore the Museum of Cornish Life, housed in the town’s historic Market Buildings, with fascinating displays on Cornish industries, vintage toys, old stores, and more. We’ll return to the hotel afterwards. DAY FIVE – Lanhydrock and Newquay This morning, we visit Lanhydrock, a grand yet welcoming Victorian house offering a glimpse into both upstairs luxury and downstairs life. Later, we head to Newquay to enjoy its relaxed charm and beautiful beaches before returning to our hotel. DAY SIX – Departure After breakfast this morning we leave our hotel and make our journey home with comfort stops en route.

HOLIDAY HIGHLIGHTS Falmouth | Pendennis Point (photo opportunity) | Pendennis Castle | St Ives Newquay | Padstow | Port Isaac | St Agnes DAY ONE – Arrival We depart from your home and travel to Cornwall and our hotel in St We start the day in Falmouth, a historic port town with time to explore and enjoy lunch. Then it’s on to Pendennis Castle, a coastal fortress. Discover the Tudor Keep, wartime tunnels, historic weaponry, and stunning sea views, with time to relax at the on-site café. DAY THREE – St Ives Today, enjoy a full day in St Ives, a charming seaside town known for its narrow cobbled streets, independent shops, and picturesque cottages. Spend some time relaxing on the blue flag Porthmeor beach, known for its golden sands and clear waters, or take a scenic coastal walk offering stunning views of the coastline. After a day of exploration, we’ll return to our hotel in St Agnes. DAY FOUR – Newquay Agnes. Time to relax before dinner this evening. DAY TWO – Falmouth and Pendennis Castle No trip to Cornwall is complete without visiting Newquay. Its historic harbour boasts a rich history, from supporting the Cornish tin mining industry to being a hub for the pilchard fishing trade. The harbour has played a central role in the town’s development, and today, it remains a lively spot, surrounded by beautiful beaches and offering a glimpse into the area’s maritime heritage. We’ll later return to our hotel to relax After breakfast, we head to Padstow, a charming fishing port with sandy beaches and the Camel River. Explore the harbour and town, and enjoy lunch at one of the many cafés. In the afternoon, we visit Port Isaac, a picturesque fishing village known for its steep streets, whitewashed cottages, and as the setting for Doc Martin. DAY SIX – Departure After breakfast we leave our hotel and make our journey home with comfort stops en route. this afternoon or explore St Agnes further. DAY FIVE – Padstow and Port Isaac
The seaside town of Looe keeps visitors entertained all year round whilst still retaining a working fishing port. Stand on the quayside in the evening and watch the boats return. The Southwest Coast Path and the views are stunning. We also explore the Cornish Coast and fishing villages on this coastal holiday, with some monkey business thrown in. HOLIDAY HIGHLIGHTS Looe | Charlestown | Polperro | Liskeard | Looe Valley Railway | Fowey DAY ONE – Arrival We depart from your home with our door-to-door pick-up service and travel south to the seaside town of Looe and the Portbyhan Hotel which is situated in an unrivalled position right in the heart of Looe, you can relish the panoramic views of the vibrant harbour with only a short stroll into Looe town centre. DAY TWO – Looe Today you can relax and enjoy the lovely town of Looe. Maybe take a stroll along the coastal path or stretch your legs on the sandy beach, and take in the fresh sea air, or simply watch the world go by from the hotel. Alternatively, why not immerse yourself in the history of the smugglers of the Cornish Coast at the Old Guildhall Museum & Gaol (admission not included). DAY THREE – Charlestown, Liskeard and Looe Valley Railway Today we travel along the Cornish coast to the historic port of Charlestown, a beautifully preserved Georgian harbour. Then it’s on to Liskeard, where you can visit the free local museum with exhibits on mining, geology, and vintage toys. We end the day with a scenic train ride on the Looe Valley Line, passing through wooded valleys and estuary views rich with birdlife. DAY FOUR – Polperro and Fowey Today we visit the charming village of Polperro, with its narrow lanes, old fishermen’s cottages, and smuggling history. Then it’s on to the historic town of Fowey, with its winding streets, medieval buildings, and scenic estuary views. We return to Looe to relax before dinner. DAY FIVE – Departure After breakfast, this morning we’ll make our way home with comfort stops en route.
A glorious gateway to the Jurassic Coast World Heritage site, the town of Sidmouth is a top destination. If you’re looking for stunning coastal views and an abundance of the most picturesque west country scenery, then Sidmouth is the holiday for you. HOLIDAY HIGHLIGHTS Sidmouth | Exmouth River Cruise | Bicton Park Botanical Gardens | Bicton Countryside Museum DAY ONE – Arrival We depart from your home and travel south to Sidmouth, arriving at your hotel late afternoon, time to relax before dinner. DAY TWO – Sidmouth A day to enjoy the delights of the Regency resort of Sidmouth. Why not take a look at the Sidmouth Museum, it is open today until 13:00, so a morning walk of just 3 mins, will take you to the museum, where you’ll find interactive displays and fascinating histories. Or spend some time relaxing in the spring sunshine at Connaught Gardens, a sheltered and part walled garden of about 1.25 hectares. DAY THREE – Exmouth and Exmouth River Cruise After breakfast we drive to Exmouth, where you can enjoy free time as well as the river cruise as we journey along the scenic Exe Estuary, live commentary will enhance your enjoyment of the cruise pointing out sights of interest along the riverbank, as well as helping you to spot the various bird and animal species which inhabit this wildlife haven. DAY FOUR – Bicton Park Botanical Gardens and Bicton Countryside Museum Today we visit Bicton Park Botanical Gardens; home to many rare plants with origins from all parts of the world, including one of the finest collections of trees in Britain. This Heritage Garden is maintained by a team of dedicated gardeners who look after and tend the different areas, so that you can enjoy them to their fullest. We have also included admission to the Countryside Museum featuring a huge collection of exhibits that mirrors changes to village life, farming, horticulture, social history and rural crafts during the early 20th century. DAY FIVE – Departure This morning after breakfast we depart our hotel and make our journey home with comfort stops en route.
