We’ll then return to our hotel to relax, before our Afternoon Tea and quiz this afternoon. DAY THREE – Grantown Museum and After Dinner Speaker This morning, we visit the Grantown Museum, which showcases the town’s history and houses the Grantown Society archive. The museum also offers research facilities for genealogy and local history. Grantown, the traditional home of Clan Grant, hosts temporary art, craft, and photography exhibitions. Afterward, we return to the hotel for relaxation before enjoying dinner and an after-dinner storyteller. DAY FOUR – Spey Bank Studio and Aviemore This morning, we take a scenic tour of the Cairngorms National Park, stopping at the Spey Valley Shopping Centre for shopping and a café break. In the afternoon, we visit Spey Bank Studio, a newly renovated art space in Grantown-on-Spey, featuring a gallery, workshop, and pottery, with a focus on Scottish artists from the Cairngorms. The day concludes with a Gala Dinner and a piper performance. Arriving at our hotel before dinner this evening. DAY TWO – Highland Wildlife Park and Cairngorm Reindeer Centre After breakfast, we visit the Highland Wildlife Park to see Scottish wildlife and endangered species, including the Scottish wildcat, Amur tiger, and polar bear. We then head to the Cairngorm Reindeer Centre to see reindeer and learn about them. Afterward, we return to the hotel Today, we enjoy a scenic drive through Aviemore to Inverness, the cultural capital of the Highlands. Explore the old town, including the 19th-century Inverness Cathedral and the Victorian Market, offering a variety of top-quality products in a beautiful historic setting. DAY FOUR – Fort William and West Highland Museum This morning, we travel to Fort William, passing Loch Laggan and Spean Bridge, with a stop at the Commando Memorial. In Fort William, we visit the West Highland Museum for a guided tour, exploring exhibits on Bonnie Prince Charlie, the Jacobite cause, and the region’s history. Afterward, we return to the hotel to relax before dinner. DAY TWO – Trossachs Scenic Tour and Inveraray Today, we enjoy a scenic journey along Loch Lomond, passing Luss and the Trossachs National Park. We arrive in Inverary, where you can visit the 19th-century Inverary Jail or explore the charming town, with its shops and cafés. After some free time, we continue our journey via Callender and the Dukes Pass, returning to the hotel for dinner. DAY THREE – Kelpies and Edinburgh Today we visit ‘The Kelpies’, a pair of colossal horse-head sculptures standing 98 feet tall. These iconic structures are the largest equine sculptures in the world and one of Scotland’s most striking modern landmarks. We’ll then continue to Edinburgh, with its stunning architecture, scenic landscapes and plenty of shops. Returning to our hotel later this afternoon, after a busy, but enjoyable day. DAY FOUR – Stirling Castle Our excursion today takes us to Stirling Castle, one of Scotland’s grandest castles due to its imposing position and impressive architecture. The scenery will take your breath away. It’s rich with history, has superb architecture and there are many different attractions within its walls. Returning to our hotel with time to relax before dinner this evening. DAY FIVE – Departure After breakfast this morning we leave our hotel and make our journey home with comfort stops en route.

DAY TWO – Edinburgh This morning we head for Edinburgh, the compact capital. It has a medieval Old Town and elegant Georgian New Town with gardens and neoclassical buildings. Looming over the city is Edinburgh Castle, home to Scotland’s crown jewels and the Stone of Destiny, used in the coronation of Scottish rulers. The day is yours to explore before we return to our hotel for dinner this evening, and a free bar. DAY THREE – Stirling Castle Today, we visit Stirling Castle, one of Scotland’s grandest, known for its impressive architecture and stunning views. Explore the restored Great Hall of James IV, the Renaissance Palace of James V, and the Chapel Royal of James VI, all rich in history. Afterward, we return to our hotel for dinner and a free bar. DAY FOUR – Trossachs Tour and Glenturret Distillery Today, we journey into the Trossachs, made famous by Sir Walter Scott’s Rob Roy, before heading to the Glenturret Distillery. Enjoy a guided tour of Scotland’s oldest distillery, where you’ll learn about the whisky-making process and taste a selection from their core whisky range.
