This special weekend break showcases the house beautifully decorated for Christmas with lights, candles, and festive scenes. HOLIDAY HIGHLIGHTS Festive Chatsworth House | Bakewell | Chesterfield | Buxton DAY ONE – Chesterfield and Arrival We depart from your home and travel through the Peak District, stopping in Chesterfield to explore its market, shops, and famous ‘Crooked Spire.’ We then continue to our hotel to relax before dinner. DAY TWO – Bakewell and Chatsworth House This morning, we visit Bakewell for a stroll and a coffee, perhaps with a slice of its famous tart. Around midday, we head to Chatsworth House, beautifully decorated for Christmas. Enjoy lunch, browse the gift shop, and relax with a cuppa before returning to the hotel. DAY THREE – Buxton and Departure We enjoy a leisurely breakfast this morning and then depart our hotel and make our journey home, we’ll stop in Buxton where you can explore the town or Pavilion Gardens, have a bite to eat in one of the many café’s and then we’ll make our journey home.

DAY TWO – Torquay and Paignton Today we travel to Torquay. Enjoy a stroll around the harbour or explore the town and one of its many cafes. This afternoon we visit Paignton, another coastal resort known for its pier and long esplanade. DAY THREE – Plymouth and Plymouth Hoe Fireworks Display Enjoy a free day in Plymouth, just a short walk from the city centre. We’ve arranged an early dinner before we attend Plymouth Hoe for a spectacular Bonfire Night celebrations and dazzling fireworks display. DAY FOUR – Dartmoor National Park and Exeter This morning we start with a scenic drive over Dartmoor National Park, taking in the pretty landscapes as we pass through Princetown and Moreton Hampstead en route to today’s destination - Exeter. DAY FIVE – Departure After breakfast this morning we leave our hotel and make our journey home with comfort stops en route.
