Central Michigan Roofing July 2018

July 2018

Our team rounds out with Heather who comes in twice a week to do bookwork and manage taxes. She keeps everything running smoothly with our financials and always has an excellent grasp on the numbers. We’re a crew that can overcome the toughest of obstacles. Every day has its challenges, but our team is incredible — Esther especially. She can take care of anything and has been a rock for me as we continue to build this business. This month we are expanding our mailing list, so if you receive a newsletter, that means at some point you may have made a purchase here, and we’d like to thank you for that. For all our new customers in the last quarter, I wanted to introduce you to our team. We all want to say thank you to our new and current clients. None of this would be possible without the good people we have the pleasure to serve. Our team sincerely appreciates your past business and looks forward to providing you the highest standard of excellence for all your metal fabrication needs for years to come.

can’t be there, my wife Esther steps up to the plate. Not only do I consider myself thankful to work side by side with my wife and business partner, but I also consider it an absolute blessing that she has been willing and able to handle administrative and daily challenges that come with running a business. Monroe is our shop manager and handles everything that goes on with regard to production. He’s also our lead fabricator, which gives him direct oversight over a lot of the custom pieces that go out. He understands trim production and is happy to help anyone who needs something custom bent. Ben is a hybrid because he’s the person we have on staff who is both in the office and on the fabrication floor. When he’s not on the phone or working administration, he’s working on order production and roll-forming metal, making the highest quality pieces you’ll see out there. John is our go-to guy for all maintenance tasks and deliveries. He’s the guy you will see arriving with your load of steel and trims. When he’s not bouncing around between those duties, he also helps with roll-forming on our standing- seam side of production.

No one is more important than the people you share your life with or work around each day, which is why I feel blessed to have such an impressive team here at Central Michigan Roofing. From the office to the shop, everyone tries their best. Coming in every work day with great attitudes and positive spirits is what makes a place function at top capacity. Of course, this does not come easy some days with the hustle and bustle of orders coming in, orders going out, phone calls, order production, quality control, and deliveries. But through perseverance, dedication, and discipline, we do it! With the Fourth of July coming up, that means we’re halfway through the year. Can you believe that? We’re rolling full speed ahead into our busy season, and we couldn’t be more excited, thanks to the fine people who make up our squad. Of course, telling you how great our team is without showing who they are isn’t going to do them justice. So I wanted to walk you through the shop and introduce the individuals who make our wheels spin every day. There are three of us who work in the office. We man the phones and make sure the whole back end of the business is taken care of. Usually, I’m running point on all conversations that come through the shop, but if I
