Speciality Gin, Vodka and Cocktail menus indicate a real point of di erence to traditional hotel bars; indeed, our entire o ering sets us apart from anything else in the area. We believe in a principle of ‘Drink Less, Drink Better’ and encourage premium brands and perfect presentation over a more inclusive standard as indicated by our choice of Stoli Vodka and Star of Beefeater Gin as our house pours. Fever Tree mixers provide the perfect accompaniment, and all our long drinks are presented to your preference. By day a range of fine teas and Nespresso co ees are complemented by a full menu featuring light snacks, nibbles and hearty lunch options, all served at the bar or on our heated terrace.
