Speciality Gin, Vodka and Cocktail menus indicate a real point of di erence to standard hotel bars; indeed, our entire o ering proudly sets us apart from anything else in the area. Our principle of ‘Drink Less, Drink Better’ favours premium brands and perfect presentation over a more inclusive standard as is indicated by our choice of Stoli Vodka and Star of Beefeater Gin as our house pours.
