ARCHITECTURE
The Architecture needs to reflect the classical lines of a Constantia home balanced with a modern simplicity of clean living and a base for a client to make the home, their own. The clean crisp lines of the massing forms of the home contrast against the details of shutters and drip-chains, paving and vegetation that add detail and a layer of tradition to the simplified forms.

The internal design of the home o ers a living opportunity that has been carefully thought out to cater for the likes of a work-from home mother, father or the opportunity for a comfortable spare bedroom to house the guests of a couple that loves to entertain or create an oasis for overseas guests.
PALETTE OPTIONS
Three Palettes are o ered to the buyer, the palettes reflect three di erent moods and hope to o er a buyer a choice that will best suit their lifestyle. The names of the palettes are based on wine varietals, echoing the traditions of Stellenbosch and it’s famous o ering of some of the best wines in the world.

AMARONE
Amarone della Valpolicella, usually known as Amarone, is typically a rich Italian dry red wine, made from the dried grapes of the Corvina We interpreted this palette as o ering dark hues, texture and depth. A palette of rich tones, deep colours.

GRIGIO
A dry white wine that has a punch acidity with the flavours of lemons, limes and green applies and touches of honeysuckle. We interpreted this as a palette of light hues, smooth and airy- pale colours and grey tones

TAVAL
Said to be the favourite of writer Ernest Hemingway, Tavel an unusually dry Rose. It has more body and structure than most rose wines and is considered to have all the character of a good red wine, just less colour. Our palette interpreted this as a palette with some character, we have incorporated some interest in movement and colour to a calm base tone.
