Principles of Engagement 1.1 Confidentiality We are sensitive to concerns you may have about sharing confidential information with peers or competitors. As such, any information shared will only be confidential information about Fractal. We will not share any confidential data, insights, or otherwise sensitive information about any specific client. To foster open dialogue between companies, we will establish the program to enable conversations and sharing on high-level issues that affect all, or seat members from complementary companies or industries during roundtable discussions. 1.2 Respect We will value the opinions of others at all times and give each person a fair opportunity to share their views, even when they differ from ours. 1.3 Integrity We will conduct ourselves with openness, honesty, and transparency. We will actively participate and share our viewpoints, even if unpopular or contradictory to our esteemed colleagues. 1.4 Legal Notices The information contained during this CAB event either in person or virtually is confidential and proprietary information and should not be disclosed without the express permission of Fractal Analytics Inc. Please do not forward, republish or permit unauthorized access. Fractal has taken reasonable care to check that the information contained in this CAB event was accurate at the time of publication. Any developments and time scales contained within this CAB event are estimates for information purposes only and do not constitute any contractual or other obligation.

In relation to any products/services referred to in this CAB event that is currently under development and/or trial, Fractal gives no undertaking or other commitment that the product/service will be made commercially available. Fractal reserves the right to make changes to the information that was presented during this CAB event at any time without further notice. In relation to product trials referred to during this CAB event, future availability, and participation in any such trials with future Fractal products / services are not guaranteed. In keeping with antitrust laws, given there may be competitors in CAB, we will operate under the following procedures during this CAB event: • "Price" is a forbidden subject. This includes terms and discounts because these are substantial elements of price structure. • To avoid any problems, CAB members should refrain from discussing: a) methods of fixing, b) establishing, maintaining, or discounting prices, or c) terms or conditions of sale, for services or products. • Should such discussions start, members should do their best to stop them and get up and walk out should such discussions continue. 1.5 Release of Liability for In-Person Event The members acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and that the CDC and many other public health authorities still recommend practicing social distancing. The members acknowledge that Fractal Analytics Inc. cannot guarantee that they will not become infected with COVID-19 by participating in the CAB event. The member hereby forever releases and waives his/her right to bring suit against Fractal Analytics Inc. and its officers, directors, shareholders, agents, or other representatives in connection with exposure, infection, and/or spread of COVID-19 relating to their participation in CAB event.
