popular sledding spot — a new 27,000-square-foot inclusive playground was added in 2024. This 45-acre park in the middle of the city also sports a lot of Eallfields and will be home to the new EPIC Discovery Center children's museum, now under contruction.

Eagle Scout Lake 2820 N. Broadwell Ave. A sunset jog around the lake is a popular prospect at Eagle Scout /aNe and parN. Resting on the north edge of Grand Island, the laNe is a popular fishing spot with a paved trail around it. Newer pickleball courts, a splash pad, and a large playground are set south of the lake among the Eallfields of the Veterans Sports Complex.
