Go Big GIVE is a 24-hour, online giving event on May 1, 2025 to grow philanthropy. Go Big GIVE inspires communi- ties to come together for 24 hours to give as much as poss ble to support the work of nonprofits in Hall, Hamilton, How - ard and Merrick Counties. The minimum online donation is $10 but every gift grows with added match pool funds and incentive prizes.

We do not receive funding from the government or special groups. Donation Information: Founded by three agricultural teachers, The Leadership Center was initially established to teach Nebraska FFA students leadership skills. Over the years, we’ve transformed into a full- service retreat and conference center, providing event coordination, expanded leadership programs, lodging, and catering. Between serving thousands of annual guests (both on and off property), offering a diverse selection of services, and employing over 30 community members, our impact is significant. Among our key programs is the Summer Food Service Program (AKA the “The Lunch Bunch”), a free lunch and enrichment initiative for local youth, now spanning three communities. Our education team also oversees our D4LC (Disciplines 4 LeadershipCommunities) youth programs, impacting over 2,400 students annually. Additionally, we strive to foster a community where artists can both grow and play, by hosting annual events such as the T.L.C. Fall Art Workshop and the Winter Art Runaway. Jack Grange MEMORIAL CHALLENGE GRANT Jack was a beloved member of the Grand Islandcommunity, remembered for his sense of humor,kindness, and love of life. Although his life wascut short at age 21 because of cancer, his legacylives on at the library and with those who knewand loved him. A 1972 GISH graduate, Jack wasthe son of Dr. Bill and Mary Grange. Because the Grand Island Public Library was soim- portant to all the Grange family, Jack’s sister,Cass Grange will donate the Memorial Challengeof $5,000 if we can raise $10,000 during Go BigGive!
