ISR GROUP LTD: inspiring trust in the sunward brand Hannah Bounford catches up with Ian Rollinson of ISR Group to discuss SUNWARD’s best selling machines
ISR Group Ltd, a midlands based leading provider of compact excavators has been providing the West Midlands with SUNWARD Excavators for almost two years now. This makes the company the longest standing dealer of SUNWARD equipment in the UK. This Issue, Hannah Bounford sits down with company owner Ian Rollinson to discuss building trust with clients, an excellent end to 2020 for the company, and the benefits of SUNWARD excavators for UK operators.

I’ve always backed my customers up and supported them, so they’ve not had much hesitation. Once they’ve tried the product and seen the benefits and cost savings for themselves, they know they have a good partner in me and that I’ll back them up – they’ve been quite happy to move over in ever growing numbers” These ‘ever growing numbers’ are evidenced in the news that the ISR group sold six SUNWARD SWE25UF mini excavators in the final quarter of 2020.
